Lost Bird Project Airing This Sunday In Philadelphia!
Philadelphia viewers will be the first in the country to be able to see The Lost Bird Project as the film begins a series of broadcasts on public television stations across the country this month. The film will air at 5pm on Sunday, April 7, 2013 on WHYY.
WHYY-TV may be viewed on WHYY 12.1, Comcast 812 and FiOS 512, and its Y Arts channel is WHYY 12.2, Comcast Channel 257 and FiOS 474 and Y Info channel, WHYY 12.3, Comcast 258 and FiOS 473.
The film will be carried on more than 200 public television stations across the nation. The broadcasts mark the launch of a nationwide grassroots screening series which will make the film available to organizations and individuals.
The Montreal Mirror called the film, "a stunning and evocative work about art, nature and our imperiled planet." The Martha's Vineyard Times spoke of the emotion, "Watching it...I was crying."
